Two male candidates this week are facing the Big Brother public vote in the shape of Yorkshire joiner Nathan and Aussie traveller John James. The show has passed Nathan by and it seems and he has had very little air time. This may because he has not said or done anything interesting but the popularity or dislike of a particular housemate is dependent on how often we see them.
John James is more confrontational than Newsnights Jeremy Paxman. He seems to find the restrictive confines and rules of the house beyond him. JJ may be more use to wide open spaces and fresh air coming from Australia and if there is a future BB series in the Outback he should apply.
The Big Brother demographic is weighted heavily towards under 25 female viewers and they will decide which of the two male candidates get the most support. John James is seen as the heartthrob of the 2010 BB House and we expect him to survive this week’s eviction with Davina coming to get Nathan this week.
